Featured & Paid Listings

Park operators may purchase enhanced or featured listing placements. Paid listings are subject to separate advertising terms agreed upon at time of purchase. Payment for a listing does not guarantee placement and does not override our right to reject or remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

All original content on MarylandTrailerParks.com — including but not limited to the site design, layout, logos, written resource guides, editorial content, and the selection and arrangement of directory listings — is the intellectual property of the Site Operator and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What You May Not Copy

• Our resource guides, articles, or written content (in whole or in substantial part)
• The design, layout, or visual elements of the Site
• Our compiled directory database for use in a competing or commercial product
• Any logos, branding, or graphics created for this Site

What Is Permissible

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MARYLANDTRAILERPARKS.COM, ITS OPERATOR, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

You agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page.
